Each bracelet is unique, so get creative. We are happy to provide a rough draft for approval prior to creation.
Each bracelet takes about 4-6 weeks to finish and be ready to ship.
Finished designs are delicate, so we do not advise wearing them while eating buffalo wings or snorkeling!
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Once an order is placed, the bracelet or dog collar takes about 4-6 weeks to complete and be ready to ship. We will send via email a video or photo of the finished design prior to shipping. Shipping is $8.00 for domestic USPS ground shipping for all orders excluding bulk orders. Expedited shipping is available via USPS Priority Mail and UPS. Please contact us prior to purchase for expedited shipping. Please verify your billing and shipping address at time of purchase. The Stitch Girls will not be held responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses nor will we be held responsible for packages lost by the US Postal Service or another shipping company.
RETURN POLICY
All sales are final. No returns. Please contact us as soon as possible if there are questions or concerns about your order before or after arrival. Once your design is complete, we will email you a video or photo prior to shipping.
As with all Stitch Girls bracelets, each design is handmade and unique, and variances are bound to occur. Finished bracelets are delicate, so we do not advise wearing them while eating buffalo wings or snorkeling. Likewise, we do not recommend that your pet wear a Buddy Bracelet while competing in a tough mudder event or participating in any aquatic activities. But, applying a light layer of Scotch Guard couldn’t hurt.
